What started on a legal pad, accompanied by beers for creative lubrication, Ron Garcia and Carlos Barillas created a menu that put shape to what we know today as Burger & Beer Joint. They cooked up a unique restaurant dining experience and zest’ed it with a bit of motor culture and Rock N’ Roll. Everything about B&B supports the central vision. From our mouthwatering burgers with a gourmet twist, to the big utensil’s, metal plates you’ll find on our table tops, and the garage signs you see on our walls. However, what makes our restaurants unique and stand out, is not in tangible form. How do you explain something that can’t be categorized or measured? In the simplest explanation, what separates B&B from the rest is our no-attitude aura. We are a non-biased-burger-bar. Welcoming all demographics, all sports fans, locals to tourists, to celebrities, where everyone feels comfortable and welcomed. It is the culture that B&B has created that pulls customers in from all over, the backbone that supports our hospitality-driven restaurant.
The concept of Burger & Beer Joint was created from the ground up. Built through dedicated, hard-working people that shared the same vision and motivation, where many obstacles were conquered. The driving force behind B&B was to fill a much needed niche within the Miami area. It is safe to say that we have filled that niche as the local neighborhood haunt that everyone goes to and everyone’s talking about. A combination of our energetic employee team ready to serve mouth watering dishes, mixed with a full blown soda fountain serving up egg creams, shakes and adult beverages, sprinkled with menu signatures like our 10lb MAMMOTH burger, creates the tri-fecta of Burger & Beer Joint. The DNA essence of our restaurants is captured in our unique décor, featuring 100-year-old Chicago brick walls, dark wood booths, ornate copper ceilings and outdoor red wood picnic tables.
