Doraku was created by Kevin Aoki, son of Rocky Aoki - the founder of Benihana and is the sister restaurant to one in Miami Beach, Florida. Doraku strives to be inventive on its cuisine by combining traditional Japanese ingredients with Pan Asian and Latin flavors. All dishes are made from fresh ingredients.
Upon entering Doraku, a modern, peaceful aesthetic captivates the bar and lounge area. The dining area resembles an authentic Japanese teahouse with textured wall to ceiling coverings, made from natural woven elements.
