first "Residents and Visitors Center" in the City of Miami. Tourists, local
visitors, as well as residents looking for the latest information on what to
do and where to go in the area can stop by the center and speak to a local,
knowledgeable, and professional concierge and get the latest information on
restaurants, tours, activities, events, and specials all around town. Maps, brochures, calendar of events,
magazines, and local news publications are always available at the center.
The center is also host to the City of Miami's Neighborhood Enhancement Team
(NET) office for Downtown Miami. The NET Office expedites the delivery of
municipal services and serves as the link between the neighborhoods and the
City Administration. Residents and Professionals can call the Downtown NET
Office at (786) 472-5939 for questions about licenses and permits, payment
of City services and fees, as well as concerns about street maintenance,
litter, noise, graffiti, etc. You can even apply for city permits right at
the center.
